I'm writing to express disappointment with the service I received from one of your employees at the Fresh Stop store on Astron Queen Nandi Drive in Durban. On May 25, 2025, at approximately 06:45, I purchased food and received change from the staff member. When I questioned the correctness of the change, she responded rudely, asking "How much are you expecting?" while walking away. I felt her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Unfortunately, she wasn't wearing a name tag, making it difficult to identify her. I request that you address this issue, discipline the staff member if necessary, and provide an apology for the poor service I received.
