On May 25, 2025, at approximately 06:45, I purchased food and received change from the staff member. When I questioned the correctness of the change, she responded rudely, asking "How much are you expecting?" while walking away. I felt her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, she wasn't wearing a name tag, making it difficult to identify her. I request that you address this issue, discipline the staff member if necessary, and provide an apology for the poor service I received.

I had a tv claim with these ******, I was advised to pay the access fee of which I did and on top of that I made 2 subscription fees. But Im paying for something that is not in my position.
