Fresh Stop Bird Street Stellebosch

I stopped at Astron Energy in Bird Street, Stellenbosch this morning (5 December around 10:30 AM) to put in petrol. After asking the attendant to fill up, I went into the FreshStop to grab a sausage roll and a drink.

Unfortunately, the service inside was extremely poor. The cashier was busy chatting and cashing up money while myself and another customer stood waiting. I waited so long that even the petrol attendant came inside to tell me I should rather pay at the till.

Despite standing there patiently, I received no assistance, and I was very hungry. I eventually had to leave my food and drink behind and walk out without being helped.

Really disappointing experience and not what I expect from this service station. I hope the management addresses the lack of attention and customer service.
