I just bought a hake parcel with chips and two buns at Friday's fisheries in Bellville Middestad mall. Omw!!!! What a terrible meal. Fish is so flat and salty. Chips looked and tasted like yesterday's chips brown with hard skin. Buns was definitely not fresh. What a waste of money it was!!!! That place will definitely never see me again!!!!! Beyond disappointed!!!!!

#WIN I lost ma Job during lockdown time I did not have any income to support my children then decided to open business if selling fast food I am so happy the business is growing and I have lot of customers all over my location and they are very happy hello Peter and yoco. On the 29th of January this year, I did some plumbing work at Frydays, Maynard Mall in Wynberg for Jose Rodrigues. He accepted my quote and when the work was done he refused to pay. He said that he decides how long I work and how much he will pay. He also said that he wants me to waste money on lawyers so that I can lose money because I'm a crook. Those were his words. He knows he can get away with not paying because court fees are more than the job is worth. His kitchen is dirty and greasy and he bragged about docking the staff's wages if they use a full bucket of water during cleaning time because he doesn't want to pay for water. He also made ***ual remarks while talking to his staff and spoke about them as stupid. Neither Jose nor his staff wear masks in the kitchen and there was food and liquid all over the dining area floor. This man is a crook and I wouldn't recommend this place for patrons or contractors. Sis on you Jose Rodrigues.

Staff is extremely disorganized. Mananger refuses to take responsibility for any issues and is quick to place blame on other departments/ facets of the restaurant- for example, after visiting the resturant various times, each time I/ a group of friends are patrons at the restaurant there is always something out of stock or no longer on the menu. The menu on the website and othe sites is outdated/ incorrect. Received a sincere and kind apology from the sue Chef after discussions with the ‘floor manager’(as he refers himself as, because he says he has nothing to do with nor deals with any kitchen issues/complaints of customers) were unsuccessful.

I took my son and daughter to the Fridays fast foods in Maynard Mall on Saturday afternoon. We were some of the last patrons just before closing. I was utterly impressed at how attentive the older gentlemen was. i can only assume he might be the owner. He noticed that my daughter's Hot Chocolate did not have enough milk and leaped into action to remedy the situation. Returning with a freshly made cup with extra sugar. When my son came to the table with the rest of the order i told him how impressed I was with the level of customer care I received from the owner only to be told that even the staff behind the counter was just as friendly and helpful. <br> <br> Very, very well done. I have been at a few high end restaurants but have never experienced such genuine friendliness. <br> <br> I hope this compliment reaches your franchise head office. I really feel this store should be recognised for there customer service
