They left my fridge in a worst state than it originally was. Two different technicians came by to "fix" my bar fridge an entire 2 weeks leaving it in a worse state. Their installed thermostat doesn't work and their installed compressor overheats and doesn't take breaks which results in the fridge over freezing at temperature 1, imagine!!!

I initially called them for a gas refill and their technicians pointed out that the fridge needs a new compressor as well as a thermostat. I asked for a refund and they refused claiming they do not do refunds. I have taken legal action to get my refund back as it is within my consumer rights to do so and am currently awaiting for a response.
