Bad service
Stay away,terrible.Come to your house intoxicated and damages the fridge more than fixing it,then want to do private jobs,probably just bringing back the parts they took out.And why do you need 3 people fizxing a fridge,just sitting and watching memes on their phones.Had to get decent people in to tell me what was actually wrong.

Bad service

They left my fridge in a worst state than it originally was. Two different technicians came by to "fix" my bar fridge an entire 2 weeks leaving it in a worse state. Their installed thermostat doesn't work and their installed compressor overheats and doesn't take breaks which results in the fridge over freezing at temperature 1, imagine!!! I initially called them for a gas refill and their technicians pointed out that the fridge needs a new compressor as well as a thermostat. I asked for a refund and they refused claiming they do not do refunds. I have taken legal action to get my refund back as it is within my consumer rights to do so and am currently awaiting for a response.

Never Ever Use These People!!!!!!!!
I can not even give a rating as these people send out techs to repair my fridge, the bottom part (freezer) was still working before they came to fix the top (fridge) part of my fridge. Now nothing is working and they want me to pay another R2000 just for the compressor. I asked for refund as it states 3 month warranty and they did not even repair the correct problem, they refuse to refund me. Life is hard just to get by, we do not need people like this to rob us even more. I will report them on every site possible.

They know nothing about fridges & they thieves
This bogus company sent in their technicians to fix my fridge, the technicians came and said that it was a compressor, they changed the compressor without giving me a quotation, I called the office to obtain a quote before they did the work and the lady at the office kept saying she’ll send it!! The next day I get a quote of an absurd amount of money of a lot of things that the claimed to have done on my fridge. I refused to pay for all that and instead payed for the compressor only! 1 month down the line the fridge is not cold again! Not working! So I called the same company and guess what, they came in and broke what they had claimed to have fixed and took out parts from my fridge.. I’m in a process of going to open up a theft case against this bogus Company. I want to advice everyone don’t use this People! They are thieves and they claim to fix fridges only to have them steal part and break it..

Fridge gas refill
My fridge stopped working last month and I found this swrvice provider on Google. I contacted them and they were very quick to come and refill my fridge gas. They said their service is six month guaranteed. Within a month my fridge stopped working again and when i contact them they are no longer available to assist. They make promises to come but they always don't come. I follow up with this company on a daily basis and they always say that they will come on the following day to fix my fridge but don't show. I will not recommend this company to anyone as they are acting like scammers and they are not accountable for their services.
