Please stay away from these people. They know how to take your money but cannot fix your appliance. I did not research Hellopeter before using their services, yes it cost me for my ignorance.

Please be careful which websites you visit. Businessneeds.co.za debit my account for an essential business permit to trade, I don't have a business and I don't need to trade. They refuse to credit my money back. They only communicate via Whatsup won't take my calls. Please note that their website is not secure. Please be careful I was scammed don't fall into the same trap.
This company is a scam / fraudulent business. The website looks legit but once you place your order and pay, they are very vague, they do not supply dispatch notices. Does not reply to emails. They always offer to refund you, but they will not refund the total amount. I have placed an order for Xbox One X, on the 11 May 2020 was promised delivery within 3 days, noting received to date, no reply to emails, no answer to calls, no reply to Whatsup messages. JUST NOTING I will follow the legal route to recover my money back.
"Bad Customer Service" I'm Johnny Lawrence, tried to speak to Mr Andre Coetzee (RMS) to clarify the billing and show me the electricity meter that they are apparently getting their readings from, for him to show me the meter will cost me R1500 call out fee. (Silverton - Silverleaf). Mr Coetzee is unprofessional it feels like he is taking to the clients from his throne - or is he talking to me be based on the colour of my skin. The electricity meter gets loaded today, the following day you receive a minus reading SMS. No one at home during the day geyser off, DB board off and still the electricity credits disappear into the cloud "WoW" I notice a lot of negative reviews on RMS on this site, is RMS listening to their client complains or is it a norm “ let’s take the monies -their complains are falling on deaf ears :).
I placed an order Dec 2017 "You successfully paid R 5,315.00 to Tactical Distributors SA for the following transaction: Recipient: Tactical Distributors SA Item Name Tactical Distributors SA (Pty) Ltd purchase, Cart Item ID #3567 Amount R 5,315.00" To date I'm still waiting for delivery. I have contacted them numerous times without any joy. My last call to them in March 2018 I requested a refund, still waiting.
