I have been struggling with connection since December, the agents keeps on telling me that my matter has been escalated to Mtn. My internet connection is not stable, @ webafrica what am I paying for, if I should buy mobile data when I have a wifi at home. Their WhatsApp chat service is useless.
I placed an order online on 25 November 2022 and i still have received my order. My parcel has been at RAM warehouse since 26 November ,it shows that it was assigned to someone working RAM around 14:10 on 26 November and there has been no update ever since. The telephone lines are not working .Please assist.
Service from mtn customer care line is non existence. They refuse to transfer you to the relevant department and keep on telling you that the matter has been assigned to the department. I applied for an upgrade in April and I was promised 20 gig promotional data. I still have not received my data and they keep on saying that my matter has been assigned to their billing department. I have been enquiring since May with no help from the customer care . Please improve your services
I bought a 4g unlimited data package. My wifi is always connected without internet most of the time and when I am connected to the internet its extremely slow. Their internet cannot even support a meeting on Microsoft teams. What a waste of R479 monthly . Please improve your internet service.
My fridge stopped working last month and I found this swrvice provider on Google. I contacted them and they were very quick to come and refill my fridge gas. They said their service is six month guaranteed. Within a month my fridge stopped working again and when i contact them they are no longer available to assist. They make promises to come but they always don't come. I follow up with this company on a daily basis and they always say that they will come on the following day to fix my fridge but don't show. I will not recommend this company to anyone as they are acting like scammers and they are not accountable for their services.
I have been a loyal member of this medical aid since 2012. I completed a form to apply for a contribution relief for a month of December but they deducted. I am very disappointed at their service.
This company is refusing for me to downgrade from one of their packages . I tried downgrading on their app which was not helpful . I decided to call their client center and the consultant told me that I can only downgrade on 07 November 2020. Why force clients to keep packages when they don't want them anymore . I even paid for the package that I wanted to downgrade to but dstv could not help me. This is very unfair treatment.
The consultants service is extremely poor. I was on the evening bus that left from Bosman station to Shelly Beach on 24 December 2019. When I jumped off at drop station my luggage was not there,the driver told me to contact the office so that they can call all the passengers who were in the bus. I then called the bus offices to explain what has transpired, the lady I spoke to was very unprofessional telling me that I should wait, if I ask wait for how long she then responded saying she was not in the bus I must wait and not advising me about the way forward. The lady never called me back. She just did not care I called back again on 26 December,i was informed that shes busy. On 27 December,I called again and I spoke to someone else who said they dont have my bag and what do I expect them to do in a very unprofessional manner. We argued she ended up saying, I should leave kzn and go fill a form in Pretoria when I requested for the form to be emailed to me the answer was no ,I then asked if i cant go anywhere near me to report the stolen luggage then she said that can only be done in Pretoria . They don't care about customers and they are not willing to help period . I have to go back to Pretoria just to complete a form.
This company is delaying to pay my cash back claim. It's more than 7 days now and everytime if I call, the call center agents keeps on promising me that the claim will be paid within 24 hours.
