The Game virtual credit card is a unicorn that does not exist when it's time to purchase items online. The amount of times I sent emails n called, I have just accepted it doesn't exist for usage. Just focus on the Game store card, hastle free and you can purchase items and get the best service there. Forget about the virtual card net
There is very rude driver there named Cedric Morata. I didn't receive my parcel today been calling the driver since 14:00, since he called me at 10:20am to verify my new address. I have been calling him while waiting as I was knocking off @ 15:30 and he basically told me he is busy delivering other parcels I should just knock off, I might get my parcel tomorrow n hung up on me. Can buffalo logistics please get better drivers
02/04/2025 I ordered a 5L box of wine via uber eats from Overland Liquors, Kingsley Depot in Johannesburg, the wine is expired n not consumable, has color discoloration, looks musty, smells and tastes like premium vinegar. I wrote to help from the uber account, its crickets, silence

Worst experience ever, ordered a bath mat set from Sheet street on the 26th of January 2025, a wrong set was delivered on 04 February 2025. Been calling, whatsapping, email help@mrp.com for over 3 weeks now. I keep being told they will contact their warehouse. Does it take over 3 weeks to do such? ? Is the warehouse in Mars?? Do not order online and spare yourself the headache
They left my fridge in a worst state than it originally was. Two different technicians came by to "fix" my bar fridge an entire 2 weeks leaving it in a worse state. Their installed thermostat doesn't work and their installed compressor overheats and doesn't take breaks which results in the fridge over freezing at temperature 1, imagine!!! I initially called them for a gas refill and their technicians pointed out that the fridge needs a new compressor as well as a thermostat. I asked for a refund and they refused claiming they do not do refunds. I have taken legal action to get my refund back as it is within my consumer rights to do so and am currently awaiting for a response.
The most unprofessional establishment I have ever come across. 1stly upon moving in I was given the wrong unit at a higher price, under false pretenses of their agent Asanda. I then put on a one month notice to move out as their water bill was unbelievably high, R500 for an individual who leaves for work at 6:00 and comes back at 18:00. I had to involve legal aid as I was not being taken seriously without legal aid. Today is inspection day for me, I took a day off from work for this and the building manager did not communicate with me prior, to inform me of an "emergency meeting" that I am hearing via security guard. Tresia the Building manager is not picking up my calls, nor communicating in text and I am currently waiting by reception. Please be aware of York House urban lofts, have legal protection on standby if you consider living there.
I had made arrangements on the 18/05/2023 with agent Bontle to revivew a unit, I was going to take for the 01/06/2023. The agreed viewing date was to be on the 20/05/2023 @ 7:30. Bontle never showed up, ignored my calls and whatsapp messages which was utterly unprofessional and disrespectfull. She did not have the comom courtesy to inform me prior of a reschedule or anything, just utter unprofessionalism on her side.
