The most unprofessional establishment I have ever come across. 1stly upon moving in I was given the wrong unit at a higher price, under false pretenses of their agent Asanda. I then put on a one month notice to move out as their water bill was unbelievably high, R500 for an individual who leaves for work at 6:00 and comes back at 18:00. I had to involve legal aid as I was not being taken seriously without legal aid. Today is inspection day for me, I took a day off from work for this and the building manager did not communicate with me prior, to inform me of an "emergency meeting" that I am hearing via security guard. Tresia the Building manager is not picking up my calls, nor communicating in text and I am currently waiting by reception. Please be aware of York House urban lofts, have legal protection on standby if you consider living there.

they services is poor, i don't have electricity its 3 weeks now and I've been reporting the problem to the caretaker and they don't care i'm leaving in the dark, always on takeaways and come month end they want they rent paid in full but when there is a problem they don't assist. i want them to compensate me for all the stress and headache that i'm going through.

I was rudely shut down by Patrick representative/building manager for above cited Flat in down town Johannesburg. I called using my work landline which unfortunately shows private number, the gentlemen rudely told me he doesn't like private numbers when I tried to explain myself he raised his voice and when I told him that I will report this to his Manager he said he doesn't give a damn its his phone I must go right ahead. <br> <br> so I am just wondering how a person who works with people doesn't take private number calls also how he treats his tenants with that attitude. Now I sent an e-mail asking for his managers details at [Email Removed] two days ago still no response. People in client service MUST learn to respect human/consumer rights because if not their image is compromised and legal pursuit in extreme cases may follow.
