I was rudely shut down by Patrick representative/building manager for above cited Flat in down town Johannesburg. I called using my work landline which unfortunately shows private number, the gentlemen rudely told me he doesn't like private numbers when I tried to explain myself he raised his voice and when I told him that I will report this to his Manager he said he doesn't give a damn its his phone I must go right ahead. <br> <br> so I am just wondering how a person who works with people doesn't take private number calls also how he treats his tenants with that attitude. Now I sent an e-mail asking for his managers details at [Email Removed] two days ago still no response. People in client service MUST learn to respect human/consumer rights because if not their image is compromised and legal pursuit in extreme cases may follow.

Since then, things went downhill when the calculations did not add up. I raised the issue with De Waal van Blerk who requested I transfer my Tax Types to them in order for them to fix up the mess but to date I still cannot get them to transfer my TAX TYPES back onto my e-filing profile in order for me to submit my tax. This has resulted in me paying a R500 penalty fee directly to SARS for the past year which is deducted directly from my salary. I contacted SARS querying the matter with them and they in turn referred me back to EY for them to sort the problem out as there was nothing SARS could do for me. I am in a situation whereby I cannot submit my (outstanding) tax as Ernst and Young is too INCOMPETENT to sort this problem THEY created and I have to suffer paying an unnecessary penalty fee. I DEMAND that Ernst and Young FIX THIS MESS and I DEMAND that THEY REFUND me for each month SARS has deducted penalty fee. I have given Ernst and Young over enough time to sort out their mess. This lady was very rude to us and we stuck it out for a while until she told my colleague to shut up, only the manager apologized. When I emailed after the second attempt I received an automated email saying that she was on leave until January. My application was not handed over to anyone, just abandoned. So I then contacted the call centre, and the application was taken over by another agent. I sent through all the documents again, and was then asked to send them in another format, which I did.
