Firstly, my delivery address was changed internally by Froggie without my knowledge or authorization, which resulted in the incorrect address being shared with RAM. This caused a delay in the delivery, originally scheduled for 20 December 2024, as I had to request address changes from both RAM and Orders Online to match the address I submitted when I ordered online. I am still awaiting a response from Froggie, as this situation involves a breach of personal data and the unauthorized sharing of POPI information with a third party. I need an explanation, as the address change has disrupted our holiday plans, forcing me to cancel them while I wait for the parcel’s delivery.
Today, 23 December 2024, I received the order, and I noticed that one of the shoe insoles is in poor condition and will likely fall out. Given the price I paid, I believe the shoes should have been thoroughly inspected before being shipped to Johannesburg. Could the shoes be collected and replaced with a new pair before schools open?
