Frontrunner

I have had work done here on three occasions before-the first time round I had no problems. Second time my old roofrack on my FJ Cruiser was thrown away after I explicitly said that I will come and collect it-no call was made to me to ask or warn me that it was gonna be thrown away. They did agree to give me a credit for it-this only after numerous phone calls and emails.

I subsequently had to go back because of the credit I had and I wanted to have some work done on the car and needed the Frontrunner kit specifically. My existing Frontrunner tent was fitted but it could not even open when I got home as the brackets on the side were in the way and pushed on the bottom of the tent-I had to fix this myself as I could not take the car back again due to distance and traffic and fuel expenses. They did say that they only openend the tent on the ground and not when it was on the roofrack on the vehicle.

To make matters worse my back seats that they removed I cannot fit back into the vehicle now as the brackets are gone they never included it in the bubble wrapped seats they took out. They offered to look into it if I returned-again this means me taking time off work,sitting in traffic and heading back there and wasting hours of my time to try and fix this.

Unfortunately I will not visit them again as Ive been disappointed badly twice in a row now. They have excellent products but there is a serious management problem here and even after spending a lot of money they still manage to make mistakes that will frustrate you badly.

I will now need to fix these seats myself and spend the money to order the parts from Toyota.
