On the 26th of November 2022 I bought man and ladies sandals on a 50% off on Black Friday sale . I waited for my order to be delivered but nothing . I decided to write emails to the company but got no response. Yesterday 12th December 2022 I decided to call the company to enquire and to my surprise I was told they only have the ladies sandal not the man. I asked them to give me any man’s sandal I do not have a problem. Today they called me saying they have the sandal but not on 50% as it is another brand not the one I paid for . I told them that is rather very unfair as it is not my fault and the sandal is exactly the same price with the one I bought I do not see the reason why I have to pay more money for this sandal. I am very disappointed as this happens repeatedly , they sell goods they do not have .It is now the 2nd time I am getting this treatment from them .Destination is suppose to compensate me as it is not my fault. They decided to refund me instead of giving me the sandal which is rather very very unfair for me.
