Standard Bank is absolutely killing it 🤩 Their service is top-notch 👌🏼especially their banking app is so user-friendly. I manage my finances on-the-go with ease. The customer service is also the best , always helpful and super responsive. I've recommended them to friends and family, and they've never disappointed I've had a few issues in the past, but they've always been quick to resolve them.The staff are always willing to help and go the extra mile. I keenly recommend Standard Bank to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient banking experience 👍🏼 5 stars 🌟 isn't enough.Standard Bank is the way to go! 😊 Keep doing what you're doing Standard Bank you're crushing it 👊🏽
Dear Woolworths Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about purchasing and eating an expired ice cream from your store. On 28th November 2024, I bought single Caramel solo 55g ice cream from your Constantia Village Centre branch, only to discover eating it on the way back home that it had expired on the 20th April 2024.I have attached the receipt and the proof of the expired ice cream. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and freshness from the products I purchase from your store. Selling expired products is not only unacceptable but also poses a risk to my health as I now experience stomach aches. I called the store and they were unapologetic instead they insisted on bringing the ice cream back to the store . I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that expired products are removed from your shelves. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am a fit flop shoes subscriber and I know them selling expensive 100% genuine shoes . I got an email from them advertising their sale on shoes . I bought online the iqushion valentine which was also on sale then July 2023 and to my surprise they advertised something they do not have in their company. I got a call from the company informing me that they don’t have any more of that sandal and they offered me an orange Iqushion sunshine coral as a replacement. I accepted their offer and I received the sandal in August 2023 . It’s a flop I do not wear it everyday so there’s no way I would have found out within 6months that it had a factory fault. On the 28th of April 2024 I was wearing it and just broke while wearing it . It’s not repairable that’s just the end of it meaning I bought an expensive fitflop that was going to last for 8months. They say they use 100% genuine material but I feel that is a **** to buy their shoes . The fit flop shoes are not genuine at all and I tried to complain but they only offered me a R157 voucher which is not worth it . I am very Disgusted and Disappointed

0n the 30th of June 2023 I mistakenly deposited money to someone who no longer works for me’s account which is also a Standard Bank account . I immediately visited the Vangate branch on the 3rd of July 2023 with everything including proof of payment. The whole process was explained of recalling the payment and the R310 fee for the process was deducted from my bank account immediately .I visited the Parow branch to enquire after 20 day’s waiting for the feedback but I was told nothing has been logged on my account I should go back to the branch. I decided to call my banker to enquire but to my surprise she also told me nothing has been logged on my bank account. I gave her all the details to enquire for me but up until today 4th of August 2023 I had to write another email enquiring about the feedback on my recall request . I got a reply saying the person’s account is empty ,of which I am not surprised because they gave her plenty of time to use my money . I logged my query on the 3rd of July 2023 and only got the feedback on the 4th of August 2023 for a paid process which I was told it will take 7 to 10 days . I am very disappointed with the treatment I got it was very unprofessional and I feel it’s all a money making scheme. It is now the 30th of August 2023 and still no response from Standard Bank .
After lodging a complaint about Standard Bank nothing was resolved . On Friday the 11th of August I received a call saying someone is trying to call me and has been trying to reach me but instead I just received the following message ; Standard Bank: Service request no. 7053202701, has been resolved. You will be contacted with the details. Queries: 0860123000. I received the message on Friday 11th August and up until now nobody contacted me with the details. I do not know how it was resolved . I am very disappointed and angry because this is very unprofessional.

Can you please help me remove this unknown company from my credit score . I’ve never taken a loan with this company and I am listed owing them R3054 of which it’s a lie. Please help me
I placed an order online in December 2022 . My payment was confirmed and in January I received a shipment confirmation but my order didn’t arrive. I sent several emails enquiring about my order , no response. After sending many emails and screen shots enquiring they sent me an email saying my order was shipped, but unfortunately the courier was robbed and there was a misalignment of stock with their warehouse that the online shop did not reflect . I asked them to compensate me with any kind of Crocs as my daughter was anxiously waiting for her Crocs , they can even give me a voucher to choose in any of their shops . After a long wait I’ve just received an email saying my refund was processed on the 15th of February 2023 . It is now the 27th of February I have not yet received a refund, no courtesy to ask/ listen to me as their client.No customer service skills at allI am sooooo angry
