Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Frontline Hyper Hillfox. Staff are unhelpful, uninterested, and seem irritated when you ask for assistance. There is very little urgency or willingness to help customers, and basic questions are met with poor attitudes or no response at all. Queues are long, yet staff move slowly with no effort to improve the situation. When issues are raised, they are ignored rather than resolved. For a store of this size, the level of service is unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I won’t be shopping at this branch again unless there is serious improvement.
