Today 28th October 2025. Firstly this supermarket doesn't have proper security for cars. Cars get ****** from this place all the time. So there is no peace of mind when you park. Nothing has been done about it. Secondly they don't have proper cashiers that know what they are doing. Staff is inexperienced. Staff have no manners around customers. Today I went and the cashier over charged on a product. Lucky I checked my slip. She had to search for a price and instead of charging me for a 200g product she charged for 1kg product. Red chillies. She said she doesn't know how to search for a product price. That's another thing with pricing. Most products are not properly marked with a price. Guessing game...They are well stocked but it's like a zoo. I always feel frustrated when I go to this place. I wasted so much of time doing an exchange. Thankfully, a new mall is opening up.

I emailed Frontline dairy on the 11.7.25, till today no reply from the company, my colleagues and I are unable to drink any other milk and this is why the email was sent as NO stores in jhb have creanline lactose free milk, the products are great when available but the customer service is terrible.

It is also a pleasure to shop at Frontline hyper lenasia. They always have excellent specials on a range of items and their extended trading hours makes it very convenient for shopping. They also have excellent staff that provide superb customer service. I will definitely recommend Frontline hyper, for all your grocery shopping. Thank you to the staff and management of Frontline hyper lenasia, for exceptional customer service.

It is also a pleasure to shop at Frontline hyper lenasia. They always have excellent specials on a range of items and their extended trading hours makes it very convenient for shopping. Please assist I'm a current employee at Frontline Hyper Lenasia, so the reason why I'm writing this complain I felt a shame about me and my colleagues, what we can do nothing because we are in need of jobs. Some of us our contract stated that we will be working as a Cashier,but now when we where there they told us that we will be packing ,bare in mind that we got our salaries every Monday and it will depends how much they will give us because we are not getting same money others they are getting R600 others R800, and tell me what will you do with that small amount of money, imagine I've got kids and mom that I need to take care of them from that little change they are giving us. Not to mention that the Manager Ishmael is a ****** he used to call us by names such as ***s infront of the cistomers, sometimes he is swearing at us. Please kindly can you visit the place and see what is happening there I'm not happy at all I know I was stranded but not to be humiliated like that. We needed jobs because we need to support our families but now those people they think for themselves and to see the money getting inside the business, whereas they fail to pay us as employees. We were working shifts were you clock in at 7h00 morning and knock off at 18h00, and when you clock in at 10h00 you knock off at 20h30, even if the time of clocking is lapse to another hour they won't give you extra cash. They don't do what they promise on the contract. Tell me from that salaries again the UIF is deducting and how much will you get when you left that job. Yhoooo this company is big but they are playing with our feelings, this is an abuse emotionally, physically and mentally. The Agent for the company is Riseup Management and we are not sure whether they know what is happening to the employees since they are the ones who hired us

Bought aunt Sally's 5kg rice from Front line Hyper Lenasia yesterday and it has worms in it. The manager Ismail Bulbulia, the manager, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. I am a customer who regularly shops at front line hyper Lenasia and I really do not appreciate the arrogance from the manager.

Frontline sells expired chocolates. Myself, husband and 4 year old son shared a chocolate that we bought from Frontline Lenasia. The next morning we had a very severe case of food poisoning which caused an infection as well. And it lasted for 7 days. We were so sick that I couldn't even get out of bed to do anything. When I looked at the chocolates exprity date it had expired in February 2023 and Frontline Lenasia didn't even exist by then. They make millions yet they sell expired food and nothing gets done to them. The rich get richer while killing the poor. Disgusted and disappointed to say the least

What an absolute pleasant shopping experience. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The pricing is great. The butchery department is leagues above what I could have anticipated and they have a stunning bakery as well. I particularly dislike shopping, but frontline Lenasia may just change that :-)

Newly opened store & service is already terrible. Managers are nowhere to be seen until a cashier runs to complain about a customer raising his/her voice in the store. Floor staff are rude & arrogant - bumping into customers in the isles without apologizing & display an attitude as if they're doing you a great favour by assisting you. Cashiers are slow, lazy & arrogant. They tell you they cannot help you as they already cashed-up, or you can only pay exact amount as they don't have enough chang to give. Others will simoly ignore you and attend to other matters, then run to management complaining of customers raising their voices. Manager tries defusing the situation, making the customer seem at fault whilst favoring his *********** cashiers. Manager fails to understand the customer was being pushed from pillar to post & raised his/her voice as a result. Manager justifies cashiers behaviour by saying if a customer isn't helped it's probably because they are busy as they are a newly opened store - after being asked if being too busy justifies a customer being pushed from pillar to post, he says he will not allow customers to be rude to his staff or raise their voices in the store. He was then told (by the customer) tha his staff must grow up & stop running to him like cry-babies & that (manager) needs to be more active and visible on the floor so there will be no need for customers becoming vocal about staff's behaviour towards them. Also, if there is only 1 manager & he is unable to oversee his entire store all by himself, then he needs to hire more people to oversee his store, manage the cashiers, train the staff, etc.
