I gave a 3 star because the staff at Pedro's signet terrace are really welcoming. Very friendly and send you off with a smile. The food...chicken i bought was like boiled chicken with sauce thrown over it. Terrible family meal....boiled chicken.
I would give them a zero star. It's been a month now and still no refund on mt data purchase that wasn't successful. I sent them n Bank statement but they keep asking for paygate e.ail which I did not receive. My advice is not to purchase through the mtn app. It happens often where they take the money and data or airtime not loaded. Rather buy directly from your bank account
I purchased a phone online from Mr price and it was delivered before delivery date. I did read up on a lot of bad reviews on buying online from Mr Price. I think they have improved drastically on delivery. It's safe and I would definitely order online again from them. The do email you with updates and message again when out for delivery.
On the 20th January I went to woolies at lenz quater and did my shopping as per usual. Lovely shop...good service. Pretty quiet on a week day. I bought a cauliflower and this morning when I took it out to cook...I saw a worm...it was blue...caterpillar looking blue worm like thing moving its little head. There was also a dead insect inside. I never see it the day before...so I was shocked. Anyway it was unopened and I returned it today the 21st. Ladies apologized to me. Really not their fault. Woolworths should have standards you, would think. Quality check!!!! Very dissapointing to see this from a woolies store.
If i could give them a 0 star I would. On the 20th January I tried buying a data bundle. Money was taken from my account but no data was loaded. I sent my bank statement as proof. I never got any email from the paygate and now they asking me for that and I don't have it. It's really frustrating dealing with MTN. I always has contracts with them and yes they are the worst. I won't buy data anymore from them. *******....I gave proof of payment and they can see on my number that no data was loaded. Anyway lesson learned.
Today 28th October 2025. Firstly this supermarket doesn't have proper security for cars. Cars get ****** from this place all the time. So there is no peace of mind when you park. Nothing has been done about it. Secondly they don't have proper cashiers that know what they are doing. Staff is inexperienced. Staff have no manners around customers. Today I went and the cashier over charged on a product. Lucky I checked my slip. She had to search for a price and instead of charging me for a 200g product she charged for 1kg product. Red chillies. She said she doesn't know how to search for a product price. That's another thing with pricing. Most products are not properly marked with a price. Guessing game...They are well stocked but it's like a zoo. I always feel frustrated when I go to this place. I wasted so much of time doing an exchange. Thankfully, a new mall is opening up.
Monday the 4th of August I took my mum for supper. It was her birthday. I have eaten here a few times and never had a really bad experience. The waiter was lovely very pleasant and just all round good. So we ordered our food. The spinach was gone off ......you could taste it. So the waiter took it to the kitchen and she said they put too much salt. Nah it wasn't salt ....when something tastes off you will know. So anyway that was really disappointing. I was not angry but just disappointed that on my mums birthday we experienced this. The rest of the food was okay I would give a rating 5 out of 10. Average ....I personally will not be returning to Calisto Gold reef. You just get put off and game over.
My mum went to Lenmed Hospital for a scope. After a year I got an email from debt collectors to make payment for outstanding fees. Lenmed never sent any invoice.This lady that works for debt collectors Laiken Dawson emailed me to make payment. In my emails I told her that banking app I cannot pickup RMB bank. She never rep****.I was going to do payment over 3 months but decided to do the full payment. I went to my local bank.They were also confused about RMB bank and eventually told me it's FNB.I am appalled at the bad feedback and communication I received.
Traderoute mall Woolworths sells bread that expires in a day. I bought bread and it expired the same day I bought it. They always do that. Second time it has happened to me. I usually check the expiry date but that day I was rushing. So I got caught for second time.
I bought potatoes pink bag which I had to throw away. When I bought the potatoes i had to air it out because rhe bag was wet. So aftrr i dried the bag i put potatoes back in. A week later, the bag started to smell so I took all potatoes out of the bag. The potatoes started to rot. I discarded of everything immediately coz of the smell. They need to know about this and not to sell potatoe bags that are wet.
