I emailed Frontline dairy on the 11.7.25, till today no reply from the company, my colleagues and I are unable to drink any other milk and this is why the email was sent as NO stores in jhb have creanline lactose free milk, the products are great when available but the customer service is terrible.
My internet has been slow now for about 4 to 5 days, I have emailed MWEB, still no reply, I have tried to call them but the waiting time is ridiculous, they say live chat is the way to go but they come on, greet u, say they gonna rest the network, u should check after that, then they stop replying all in all, no resolution, Ano way of getting hold of them, this is pathetic service, and to top of off, a week ago they say the premiums are increasing, so take the money but don't give a good service nor after sales customer service. Time to change service providers
I ordered an item via the website which was said to be delivered on the 14 November 2024, no communication from Leroy Merlin nor the courier company, my address was incorrectly given to the courier company, which is not my problem, after I called to ask what the delay was, the address gets corrected, the courier company then says it was received late and the item will only be delivered on Monday 18 November 2024, called Leroy Merlin+- 4 times, they say we'll call the courier company and find out, I was never called back like they promised, they don't care, they have their money and now as the customer I must suffer and wait and chase them for a product I paid for with the mistake of the company. Pathetic service,
My son and daughter were both admitted to hospital, authorization was granted, late by the medical aid, now I receive bills in excess of almost R15000 to R20000 and I am liable to pay for this, isn't this why we have medical aid? To cover those expenses, to get hold of medihelp is a mission and when you email them they don't get back to you, when it's time to take my money at the start of the month the debit orders go off with no hassle, is it worth it being with medihelp? I have had no joy being with the medical aid just endless issues. Absolutely pathetic
Took my child to the emergency department at Morningside medi clinic, suspecting a serious illness, reception at the emergency department don't even welcome you, no hello no hi, nothing, no sympathy, listed on the list of providers as per my GP, I went there,the receptionist said Doctors don't know anything about medical aid, no sympathy,no understanding, not even the courtesy to say let me help u figure this out, the tone of voice was pathetic, all I was told was about a 35% co payment,. Hospital staff, especially emergency department staff are supposed to be sympathetic coz No1 goes there to visit the staff and have a cup of tea, people go there at their worst and their lowest times in life,
so i sent a review on the 30/3/23 , got a reply from vodacom, then again the guy who called and assured me that he will send the forms to ***** department and he will reply to my email, guess what, NO REPLY WHAT SO EVER, they said they will get back to me after the second hello peter review but NO PHONE CALL and this is *****, such a big company cant handle a ***** issue they cant even call the victim back and keep contact with them,
A *****ulent contract was opened on my name, I struggled to get hold of anyone to assist me, I turned to hello Peter and wow they rep****,the guy said he'll email me and I must send my documents and he will sort it out, once again NOTHING from VODACOM, I emailed him about 3 times, no reply nothing, VODACOM doesn't care about ***** as long as they get their money I guess,they not worried about the inconvenience this causes a person and this was done by their own staff, *****, really Vodacom,u guys show how you don't care
A *****ulent contract was opened up on my settled Vodacom account, this was done on the 6/3/23, I went to a store, I was told to phone in, this was done, first of all to get hold of the call centre is a tedious exercise as you can't get to the department you need to and you get cut off, I was told to email the ***** department, I did this, they supposed to get back to me within 7 to 14 working days, a ***** case, so long, after those days I eventually got an email to fill out another form, I filled it out, sent it back and till today no response from VODACOM, money was taken out of my account already, the phone would be delivered to the ***** client, the initial email send to customer care was not rep**** to. So tell me what is happening with this? The person who authorized the contract should be taken to task coz he also commited *****, Vodacom this is PATHETIC, NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER, NO COMMUNICATION , NO PHONE CALLS, JUST EMAILS BASICALLY SAYING WE KNOW YOU HAVE A PROBLEM BUT WE DONT SEEM TO CARE WITH THE WAY THIS IS HANDLED
As of the middle of last week I have been unable to make calls to any other network other then Telkom, I didn not receive my 100 minutes as per my contract,a call was logged,no feedback regarding this till today, s of this morning I can't make calls even to Telkom, I called the call centre and the operator who I spoke to could not help me not could she understand what my problem was, I was then told it's going to take 9 days to sort out, so no phone calls for 9 days, what if I have an emergency or meet up in an accident or get shot? What pathetic service from telkom
My car was damaged/bumped by a client of momentum insurance,it's been almost 2 months and I still have not gotten a quote from them or anything to settle for the damages, I have called a number of times to no avail, my car is still damaged and their client already received instructions to have her vehicle fixed, the utter no care attitude from the insurance to fix my car which was not even my fault, now I'm the one suffering, phonecall after phonecall no feedback from them. This is pathetic
