I never ever had such an embarrassing and bad poor experience Frontline Underwriting you are a disgrace and treat your clients Poorly. Yesterday I had the worse experience with Frontline Underwriting with 2 of their consultants one her name is Noma I told her that I got stuck in the Mud and need my car to be pulled out and even with all the detail given like Vehicle make Toyota Etios Silver in Colour Hatchback Registration DW82GRGP rent to own WenFin this is under them and she said to that I must wait for her to validate the Policy after 3 hours of calling them back said that she can source for me a towing company but I must pay it myself I am loyal client of Wenfin and never skipped any payment for me to be treated like this by Frontline Underwriting until the Wenfin consultant sent me the policy number it was she was at ease with me which the Policy number I was given and I shared with her is DBN247557COM. now to Fast forward the story I had 2 of my tyres damaged along the R34 which was 21KM to Vryheid I requested again for assistance for them to tow the car to Vryheid for me to source a place for a Tyre the consultant her name was Nomsa I think said to me that with that policy number she cannot pick anything and I said to her that this is unacceptable honestly why must we suffer when I have all the vehicle detail that I got from WENFIN and mind you this is December and the attitude of so called insurance companies wanting to leave clients stranded is very appalling I will also post this on Linkedin, TikTok and Facebook I had to pay a lot of money to be transported to Vryheid town fix the rims and get a tyre and go back fortunately I found guys that were still open
