I will advise people if you are using TymeBank please move away from this ****py bank they are a **** and do not protect their clients I will post a video on Facebook and TikTok for many followers the decided to bully me and decline my refund of R 1017 that was taken from my account under their watch TymeBank is a disgrace after all of this am moving my salary to Standard bank and these useless bank will never see any of my money coming into it because it's a useless bank I will post on Twitter as well about this
I would never ever make any recommendations to use TYMEBANK they are very useless once my money is returned I am switching banks this ****py bank decided to only investigate the R 2000 that was taken in my account on their watch and reject the unauthorized transaction of my R 1017 I think and for me this bank is useless I will make a video and upload it in all social media and will name and shame TYMEBANK Starting with TikTok which I have many followers, Facebook I have many followers too and on Linkedin because I will not let you bully for my money that was taken under your watch and by end of this month I am dumping you because of your bad reputation. This really makes me very upset
I never ever had such an embarrassing and bad poor experience Frontline Underwriting you are a disgrace and treat your clients Poorly. Yesterday I had the worse experience with Frontline Underwriting with 2 of their consultants one her name is Noma I told her that I got stuck in the Mud and need my car to be pulled out and even with all the detail given like Vehicle make Toyota Etios Silver in Colour Hatchback Registration DW82GRGP rent to own WenFin this is under them and she said to that I must wait for her to validate the Policy after 3 hours of calling them back said that she can source for me a towing company but I must pay it myself I am loyal client of Wenfin and never skipped any payment for me to be treated like this by Frontline Underwriting until the Wenfin consultant sent me the policy number it was she was at ease with me which the Policy number I was given and I shared with her is DBN247557COM. now to Fast forward the story I had 2 of my tyres damaged along the R34 which was 21KM to Vryheid I requested again for assistance for them to tow the car to Vryheid for me to source a place for a Tyre the consultant her name was Nomsa I think said to me that with that policy number she cannot pick anything and I said to her that this is unacceptable honestly why must we suffer when I have all the vehicle detail that I got from WENFIN and mind you this is December and the attitude of so called insurance companies wanting to leave clients stranded is very appalling I will also post this on Linkedin, TikTok and Facebook I had to pay a lot of money to be transported to Vryheid town fix the rims and get a tyre and go back fortunately I found guys that were still open
This Company called Urban Lifestyle rewards are *****sters and ****mers the phoned me in October and promised to deliver the MTN Simcard data they 1st debit your account and they promise to deliver the simcard within 14 days mind you to this day they debited my account twice and never delivered on their promise I have been trying to call them and requested for my refund to this no response to my emails nor they do not answer their calls kindly do not do business with Urban Lifestyle for my refund am being made an idiot or stupid to this day and sent them 2 email today and yesterday no response please don't let this fools fool you in doing business with them my refund I have been waiting since 2 months ago
TymeBank is a disgrace for a bank money gets taken from your account without your Authorization and the don't take accountability though they see that I earn good salary and built a good profile with them but yet R 1017 was take from my account their useless ***** investigation department refuses for my money to be refunded if this does not get resolved I will lodge a complaint with the Bank Ombudsman I cannot like you doing me a favor by banking with you I want my refund every December such nonsense happens in total last week R 3000 taken from my account

I regret ever banking with this disgraceful bank I canceled my bank card 2 weeks ago and I got a new card and today as I was driving to Pretoria an amount of TymeBank. R2380.00 Online purchase from AGODACOM QUEENS PAL London GB from Acc......6703. Bal R508.60, 25Dec 11:34 which is unauthorized transaction and yet the the consultant tells me that am not guaranteed to get my money back I reported 2 weeks ago a transaction of R 399 went of that am still waiting and I am not protected this is disappointing and it's a disgrace I will go to all the social medias and all the radio stations and the umbudsman because it's my money after replacing my card my account is still compromised
Capitec is a disgrace and does not deserve to in operation they bully people and have a poor and bad Etiquette towards their clients. This is the most ****piest and nonsense bank FNB is a disgrace my number got blocked without my consent by one of the FNB consultant called Sizakhele Mbatha. How can you block someone's number without notifying then this is a disgrace and very unprofessional? right now I cannot receive any Ewallet blocked my number for what ***** exactly please come and explain before I go to the Bank Ombudsman
