I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the unacceptable level of service I have received in attempting to settle my account.
I committed to settling my account in good faith, yet I was issued two different settlement offers. Despite this inconsistency, I proceeded to make payment based on the first settlement offer, which was higher than the second amount later provided.
To date, I have received no clear communication confirming the status of my account, nor any explanation for the conflicting settlement figures.
Finance has been “handling” the matter, and consultants have repeatedly committed to keeping me updated. However, I have been left completely uninformed, with no progress or clarity. This level of administration is not only unprofessional but has caused significant inconvenience. Given the circumstances, I urgently request the following:
A refund of the surplus amount I paid OR A full refund of the amount paid so that I may settle the account at the correct, lower settlement amount.
This matter requires urgent attention, as the ongoing delays and lack of communication are unacceptable.
Please provide written confirmation of the way forward without further delay.
