We had a very bad experience at this Fu Li Hua restaurant, the waitress gave a very bad attitude, we tried to escalate the matter to the manager but no one came to come and resolve the matter, I got the sense that no one knows anything about customer service in that restaurant, because when we refused to be served by this rude waitress her name is Rose no one came until we were about to leave the place a guy called Martin came to attend us but he was unable to differentiate between meals that were given to us because as a customer you would expect that an employee would know what is infront of him. We were all dissatisfied and disappointed by all in that place. I suggest that all the staff go for customer service training or else that place will go down.
