This is the worst customer service I have received. I purchased a Playstation that cost R15 999 and this was payable over 6 months and I still had to pay a delivery fee of R650 on top of that. On purchasing the Playstation I was told that I would get 2% cash back once payment was completed and 2% for payment on time. I have now completed my payment and despite numerous emails and whatsapp messages I still havnt got clarity about this cash back. I have had to call the sales lady that I purchased the Playstation from and despite her friendliness has never got back to me, I have been the one to whatsapp her daily with her promises of her getting back to me. I find this terrible as I have paid almost R20 000 and the least I expected was efficient customer service

I am continuing to get messages for a Full house account that I never had. I had dealings with ADRS who apparently were handling this for Full house. After sending my ADRS query to you, ADRS assured me that they have advised Full house that I have never had any dealings with them as indeed my cell phone number does not and should not be in their data base. That was 2024. This year it would appear a different debt collector has now taken over and is now sending me messages over this. ADRS has assured me that Full house is aware of this and yet, I am still getting messages concerning "the account that I never had".

I am continuing to get messages for a Full house account that I never had. I had dealings with ADRS who apparently were handling this for Full house. Bought two TVs from Full House, after a year their after-sale service is pathetic, and managers are very hostile. I can't use my remote to navigate through applications like NETFLIX, I need to navigate like a mouse/laptop. When I bought the TV's, this wasn't said to be that after a year this would occur, if I knew this, I wouldn't have bought the TV's and went for a different brand like SAMSUNG or something else. I asked for TV's to be exchanged since I have extended warranty I am paying for, they are refusing. So now I am sitting with TV's I am paying for but not using and the manager said I am not the first customer to complain.

Their after service is the worst. You have to constantly call to check up on your goods if they are in for repairs.I settled my account and was never informed that it was settled the only way I found out was because I visited the store and found out I was overcharged.And to make matters worse even after settling my account they still debited my account..The absolute worst service ever I do not recommend them to anyone.

I'm yet to be find a FSP that is unable to send monthly statement of accounts, since we opened this account in 2022 we have never received a statement. They send you a ***** picture of a statement taken straight from the computer with no name or any of your particulars proving that this is your indeed your account.
