I am utterly disgusted at the service I've recieved from Woolworths Wedit. I purchased at item online. Woolworths does not have an option to return an item online so I physically had to go in-store to my nearest branch. My nearest branch is Woolworths Wedit in Zevenwatch mall. Today , 14 December . The rude consultant and store manager who has no etiquette and customer service refused to return the items as they say Head Office doesnt know their store rules as they don't stock this specific item. My question is , if Head Office consultant told me I can return it at my nearest branch why does the branch refuse telling me they dont stock the item. I would like to receive a call from a competent agent who is able to assist me. Zevenwatch Wedit staff has the narrative that the store belongs to them. I want to return my item , get my money back and never purchase from Woolworths again.
Bought two TVs from Full House, after a year their after-sale service is pathetic, and managers are very hostile. I can't use my remote to navigate through applications like NETFLIX, I need to navigate like a mouse/laptop. When I bought the TV's, this wasn't said to be that after a year this would occur, if I knew this, I wouldn't have bought the TV's and went for a different brand like SAMSUNG or something else. I asked for TV's to be exchanged since I have extended warranty I am paying for, they are refusing. So now I am sitting with TV's I am paying for but not using and the manager said I am not the first customer to complain.
I am beyond disgusted at the service I am receiving from Mr D , to top it all I am a TakealotMore client and I just cancelled my subscription because of the service. 30 April I placed an order , I received a error message however the money was deducted. I made contact with Mr D and the consultant explained that the funds was not received. She mentioned that the funds will reverse. Till today no money has reversed. I called again and explained to Jade that the money is needed as I need to purchase groceries for my house. I had a R100 coupon which I lost out on cause of Mr D. She mentioned that she get me an additional R50 coupon for the inconvenience, I asked her to reissue one of R150 instead so I use it to place another order. I mean , it's day 3 and I still couldn't purchase the groceries I need. I have no food in my house!!!! After an hour and spending money I do not have on airtime Jade tells me I need to send a screenshot of the error I get so that she can provide it to her manager who does not want to offer me the coupon. After 3 days ? No man , SIES ! After being a client for this long I am DONE DONE DONE WITH MR DELIVERY!!!! FUNDS GONE , MONEY NOT REVERSED AND NO GROCERIES !
I made a purchase through Mr D on 30 April 2025. My order wasn't successful yet the money R329 was deducted from my account. Tymmebank says I need to wait till 9 May for feedback . So I do no have my money and I urgently need my money to purchase goods. I am so disgusted with Tymmebank and their service. I am closing my account after the investigation.
Good day, For the last three weeks I am trying to get ahold of someone at your Zevenwatch Store Branch Dispensary. I called , left messages for someone to call me back however I am still waiting for a call back. I called now too. Another failed attempt cause no answer. I bought prescription medication on medical aid on 13 December 2024. I am in need of a paid invoice for the items I purchased so I can request refund from my medical aid. I'd like for the matter to be resolved as soon as possible. Your customer service is bad ! How can one Branch not pick up a phone for 3 weeks?
