Atlas neck brace

I Bought a Atlas neck brace from them and the wire at the back snapped.

I took it back to see if it can be replaced or fixed I kindly got told there is nothing we can do!!?? I just spent over R3000.00 for a neck brace and now you tell me there is nothing you can do you oaks are full of BS!
