What a disaster!! Honestly the worst internet provider on this planet!! I recently moved house and tried to get them to migrate my line, 2Months later still no luck so eventually I get gatvol and decide to cancel my line with them. Then I get my invoice they haven’t taken off my old line and they have charged me for my new house where the WiFi isn’t even working!!! So I try cancel AGAIN ha what a joke I get another invoice 🧾 so they expect me to pay for something that isn’t even active at my house!!! Still to this day I’m battling with them… 2x 35min phone calls where they decide just to put the phone down after saying “please hold sir” absolutely disgusting service I will never recommend them and I will never use them again!!
I Bought a Atlas neck brace from them and the wire at the back snapped. I took it back to see if it can be replaced or fixed I kindly got told there is nothing we can do!!?? I just spent over R3000.00 for a neck brace and now you tell me there is nothing you can do you oaks are full of BS!
