FUN WITH SOAP FOR THE WIN

I want to thank Pat (and also Deborah) for turning what started as a very disappointing situation into an incredibly positive experience.

I was initially very unhappy with the tallow I received and felt quite frustrated about it. So I was genuinely surprised when Pat personally called me to discuss the issue. The level of care and attention shown was exceptional. She took the time to listen, reassure me that this was a once off issue and not something typical of their products, and handled the situation with such kindness and sincerity that it completely changed my perspective.

Deborah and Pat clearly care deeply about their customers and their reputation, and it shows. You simply don’t see customer service like this very often these days.

In fact, the way they handled the situation impressed me even more than if everything had gone cut and dry from the start.

I’m very happy to continue supporting them and would recommend their products and company without hesitation.
