This company debited an amount from our bank account after the service provider (LTE Data Connect Pty Ltd) switched to another company for collecting funds. I have requested the amount to be reimbursed, however no one has responded, and we have not received our money at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Wonderful service
We had an issue with our internet connectivity recently, the matter was resolved within an hour. Thank you Drew you are a star! Sometimes we forget that our LTE line gets affected with the state of loadshedding South Africa is experiencing but Drew managed to solve it quick and easy with me whilst on a call. MANY thanks!

Wonderful service
We had an issue with our internet connectivity recently, the matter was resolved within an hour. Thank you Drew you are a star! 'Fundamental Comms - don't be duped into signing a contract with them
An unscrupulous and unprofessional crowd, I am afraid. Prey on people who don't understand technology and the contracts they are signing. Deliberately exclude information from the customer which would enable you to make an informed decision. Excessive prices charged for equipment rental, data and VOIP. Dont touch them.

Fundamental Comms untrustworthy
Dear South Africa it comes with great regret that us as consumers get duped into sighning contracts with not been divulged all the necessary information regarding the product of how much and any hidden small fine print cause obviously the agent need to make a sale and get a commission.. This has happen to me and my company.. We were not told about us renting our equipment from mercantile bank and that a separate contract will be signed now to cut a long story short fundamental comma did not divulge this information and we are taken do a 5 year unknowingly contracy with mercantile Bank through fundamental comms to a total of R62000. 00.i would never rent any equipment and never have in my entire 16 years in business. This was blatant excision of information from the service provider cause. If I was told this I would have cancelled the deal.. Please consumers be very wary...
