They don't pay service providers! You can try phoning "Yvonne in accounts" until your ears turn blue, she does not answer. They read your emails, but just decide to not respond. They also read Whatsapp messages, but do not respond. Stay AWAY!!!
Service call logged - "We'll send someone out within 3 working days" - They only sent someone 7 working days later just to find that our appliance needs to be replaced. "We'll replace your appliance within 3 working days" - Today is day 6 and still no appliance received. You guys have terrible customer service!
This company debited an amount from our bank account after the service provider (LTE Data Connect Pty Ltd) switched to another company for collecting funds. I have requested the amount to be reimbursed, however no one has responded, and we have not received our money at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I never had problems like these with Telkom. Telkom was slow, but at least they attended to your problems. We have been waiting for a technician to come out for months now as our phones are not working correctly. They wanted a call-out fee for something that is a problem from THEIR hardware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Pathetic business. They do not pay service providers. We replaced a geyser in October 2019 and they have never paid. They blamed Covid, however Covid only hit South Africa in March 2020. Pathetic excuses for pathetic people.
If I could give ZERO stars, that is what this rating would be. They DO NOT PAY SERVICE PROVIDERS. We have been waiting for payment for almost a year. The insurance has already paid them out for plumbing jobs we have completed, but they say they have not received payment. This is a PATHETIC EXCUSE for a company!!!!!
We have been waiting for a warranty geyser for one of our old age home client's for over TWO MONTHS. Countless emails have been sent, phone calls made, by the client, us and the insurance company to no avail. The entire winter these elderly people have been without hot water having to ask others for hot water. It is a terrible shame! Pathetic client service even when informed that it is for an old age home.
