LTE Data Connect
Our business phone has been out of order for the past 2 weeks now‼️ Asking nicely, begging, paying for a callout, and still no service from hotshot Deon Lombard - LTE Data Connect‼️‼️‼️ Backspace Technical staff have been friendly at least, but unfortunately, that won't fix phones. Goeie dag Mev Malan Soos bespreek sien aangeheg die faktuur betaalbaar aan Data Connect vir die uitroep van die tegniekus. Let asb op die bank besonderhede onder op die invoice en soook die verwysing wat gebruik moet word. Wees asb so gaaf om die bewys van betaling aan my te stuur. Pathetic company making schools cry
The Director is a con artist, schools around are being ********** and my own school is suffering as a result...he pursued us to sign a contract for using his telephones and internet using sim card, made us cancel our fibre to use his sim card that he doesn't load data, services alwats offline, 2 years now, he was only visible when he wanted the contract signed and he got his payout and since then we are offline, my fellow school principals around, more than 20 of them are complaining about the same issue....please do not engage this company if you dont want stress... He doesn't even have offices and never answers his calls..a **** and ***** of note..

WORST
Deon Lombard is the worst service provider I have ever made business with, the manager of this so called company. They installed routers at our school and everytime we experience challenges with them he promise to send technicians that never arrive or call, and he never makes a follow up. When you call him to remind him pretends it's the first time he hears about your challenge. We've been struggling to get assistance from this company since 2022 till to date.

Deon Lombard is the worst service provider I have ever made business with, the manager of this so called company. They installed routers at our school and everytime we experience challenges with them he promise to send technicians that never arrive or call, and he never makes a follow up. When you call him to remind him pretends it's the first time he hears about your challenge. We've been struggling to get assistance from this company since 2022 till to date.

Be very careful when doing business with these people. Misrepresentations were made and from the word going the internet was not working and the speed was not what was promised. The Director is full of excuses and stories.

Useless service delivery
I never had problems like these with Telkom. Telkom was slow, but at least they attended to your problems. We have been waiting for a technician to come out for months now as our phones are not working correctly. They wanted a call-out fee for something that is a problem from THEIR hardware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I never had problems like these with Telkom. Telkom was slow, but at least they attended to your problems. We have been waiting for a technician to come out for months now as our phones are not working correctly. They wanted a call-out fee for something that is a problem from THEIR hardware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
