VODACOM DOESN'T CARE
Stay away from this network. They deleted my number from their system that I've been using for 20 years because they claim it was inactive. This is the number I'm receiving and making calls from on a daily basis. They can't even make an effort to investigate further if I'm really using this number.

Computer Mania Kolonnade
It's been exactly two weeks waiting for Computer Mania Kolonnade to exchange the toner that I bought with a printer. I bought the toner because the online advert falsely advertised it as the one for that specific printer. The salesman initially told me it's impossible to exchange it since their return policy states ten days. How was I to know within ten days that the toner is not compatible because the printer came with the toner that I was still using until those ten days have passed and only realised when I was trying to replace one of the toners I bought with the printer. This is frustrating because I would have not bought that specific toner if the advert did not mislead me. Karabo Makamo I am so disappointed with you because initially you gave the impression that you are good in customer service but the service I'm getting from you with this issue leaves a lot to be desired.

Sloway Couriers
They're name should be changed to Sloway Couriers. They do deliver but mostly on the last day of the schedule with no effort to atleast deliver early knowing you've been waiting for too long for goods all the way from China. You also get your delivery late in the afternoon and if it you use your work address, good luck getting your parcels whilst you're still at your workplace.

I don't know why Temu roped this company in. They're the worst. My parcel has been in their so called sorting hub for eternity and they are not even bothering with regular updates. Buffalo is my preferred choice cause it took them just few hours to sort parcels.

WORST FOR TELLER DEPOSITS
Worst bank to deposit cash. I've been sitting in queues in their branches for over an hour just to deposit cash. Unfortunately I can't deposit at the machine most times because it's mostly coins that I deposit from the industry that I work in

Deon Lombard is the worst service provider I have ever made business with, the manager of this so called company. They installed routers at our school and everytime we experience challenges with them he promise to send technicians that never arrive or call, and he never makes a follow up. When you call him to remind him pretends it's the first time he hears about your challenge. We've been struggling to get assistance from this company since 2022 till to date.

TEMU AND SHEIN DOWNFALL
This company will be the downfall of Temu and Shein. The other day I communicated with the courier guy and confirmed that I'm at home. He said he'll be there in a few minutes next thing he calls me at 20h45pm. I didn't pick up because I was already asleep at that time. The following morning I get the message that my parcel has been returned to the Warehouse because "Tel no answer". Who delivers parcels that late and why didn't he try to arrange next day delivery again. It's been two days excluding weekend and my parcel is still "out for delivery" I'm not even gonna call to trace it because I know the response will be it's on its way.

Best service I've ever had
Best service I've ever had. Tina Chicks made me feel like her only customer. In the end I achieved what I was hoping for and everything was above board, didn't think it's possible but she made it possible. Forever grateful to AutoFin especially Tina

WORST COURIER
The dumbest service ever. They send you email that your parcel is on the way and you stay home the whole day and no delivery. Next day they send you another email that the courier has sent your parcel back to the warehouse because he couldn't find me. First of all why can't their couriers call if they get lost so you can help each other with directions. Imagine waiting the whole month for your parcel and now this. Mxm
