This company must be the worst. I placed an order in December and have still not received my order. The last update I got regarding my order was in January. Nothing since. I think I can kiss my money goodbye. I would not recommend that anyone buy from them.
I recently had to fly to the UK on Virgin Atlantic. At the boarding gate I was refused access to the airplane due to my Visa having the wrong date (which was not their mistake). The staff of Virgin Atlantic were very helpful and immediately booked me on the next flight. They assisted me in making a hotel booking for the night, help me through the airport to reclaim my luggage and took me to the hotel transport pick up. The lady from the airline waited with me until the hotel transport arrived. They were really amazing in assisting me through a very traumatic experience which through their efforts made it less so. Thank you to the Virgin Atlantic Staff in Johannesburg - you are great!
Generally the experience was a good one, even though it to took much longer than advertised to assess my assignments and to receive feedback which did cause a delay in completing the course. I completed my course on 26 June 2024 and was told that I would receive my diploma within a month. I corresponded again with them on 6 August 2024 and then the diploma would be ready in 3-5 days. It now MUCH LONGER THAN A MONTH AND THE 3-5 DAYS HAVE ALSO PASSED!!! STILL NO DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATE. I paid a lot of money to do this course and now it appears I am going to have no proof that I ever did it.
I recently approached Apple to assist with acquiring 25 Ipads for a school. There assistance and customer service has been superb! Apple offers great financial assistance offers and the staff are very helpful. Thanks Apple for the contribution you are making to EDUCATION!
I recently approached Samsung to look at acquiring 25 Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite tablets for a school. After sending emails, which to this day have not been answered, I eventually got hold of a telephone number. To be frank the receptionist was very abrupt and rude and that is as far as I got - there was absolutely no intent to assist in anyway. I do understand that perhaps Samsung does not offer rental or financed options but just maybe if someone had the motivation to assist a payment option might have been worked out....... I was very disappointed! Needless to say I found the complete opposite when approaching Apple and they were more than willing to assist. Perhaps Samsung can take a lesson about how treat customers from Apple.
Please be aware these are professional ****mers!!! They used to trade under Puppy Love SA and they ****med a lot of people. I was one of them. Webpage has the same photos, same dogs, same address in Beaufort West and Bloemfontein.
These people are ****MERS!! I paid a deposit for a puppy and drove all to way to the address they gave me in Beaufort West, only to find that the address is actually for the Department of Agriculture. Join the FB page Puppy ****s in South Africa. They have a list of all reported ****MERS! These people should be ashamed of themselves!!!
I recently paid a deposit for a puppy from these people. It is a big ****!! I arrived at the address in Beaufort West, after having driven 2 hours to get there only to find out that it is the address for the Department of Agriculture. I have now found a FB group that checks legitimacy (Puppy ****S in SA). To avoid being ****med please check with them first about the legitimacy of a so-called breeder.
Absa insurance - what is the point of having insurance? After our previous review on Hellopeter, which attested to how we have been struggling to get an ABSA approved contractor here to fix our ceiling (Claim No: 3738347). Absa responded only to send us a report that our claim has been rejected due to the roof having structural defects and many other claims about the roof....our house has been standing for 15 years ... apart from the fact that I would love to know on what basis these claims were made since no ABSA approved assessor came to evaluate the damage. So how can ABSA make these claims. The onus is now on us to prove otherwise????? REALLY???
Three weeks ago our ceiling in the TV room fell down. We have been battling since then with ABSA HOME INSURANCE to get one of their contractors to come and fix it. But to no avail. After countless calls to the call centre we are no further.... The staff in the call centre have absolutely no idea of where places are situated in South Africa! We are in Thabazimbi, Limpopo (about 1 - 2 hours drive from Rustenburg) they have even sent the contract to someone in Tzaneen (5 hours from Thabazimbi). The claim (Claim No: 3738347) has now been allocated to three different contractors, none of which have come to light. We have even gone so far as to get a quotation from a local person after ABSA told us to get this. Our emails go unanswered, the call centre gives us the run around by making promises of calling back which also does not have. Nobody at the call centre takes responsibility because each time (after holding on for 20 mins or more) you speak to a different person that promises to resolve the issue and call back which never happens. Is this really the client service that ABSA offer??? AFTER ALL WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR ANY FAVOURS - WE ARE ONLY EXPECTING A SERVICE FOR WHICH WE HAVE BEEN PAYING THE PAST 30 YEARS!!!! ABSA HOME INSURANCE IS LET DOWN BY THEIR STAFF.....
