I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. My studies were cancelled July 2025, yet I am still being charged. In fact, four months’ worth of fees totaling R6 697.44 was deducted from my account, despite the cancellation. I have contacted your call centre multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have received no assistance or resolution. Now i am being harrased because the debit order did not go through. ( For what am i paying if studies was cancelled with Regenesys)
I am requesting that the amount of R6 697.44 be refunded back into my account immediately. It is unacceptable to continue charging for a service that has been cancelled, and the lack of support from Fundi has only added to my frustration.
This matter needs urgent attention, and I expect a prompt resolution.
