I resigned at the end of October 2025. I submitted all my documents to momentum for my pension fund. After more then I month I heared nothing back. I call them and they sent me an email and said I need to get then new pesion fund company's email and contract details which I did and sent it back to momentum. Yet again I had to call momentum for feedback where they said they can't asisst me without a reference number , I try to explain that I did not receive a reference number but they refused to help me. I called again where they then said they are busy with my application and payment will be made with in 14 days. 7 days ago I received an email from momentum where they said they sent documents to the new pension fund company and that they are waiting on their respons but I should go and see them to push on my side as this will make my payment go faster which I did, the New Pension fund Company informed me that they did sent it back to momentum with no respons from momentum that they received it. This is unaccpteble as this has be going on for 2 months. It is December everyone is closing for the holidays and yet they keep my money from me.

Momentum funds at work. They are really bad in service claims and they are untruthful, they claims are not paid in the time they said they'll pay, one ends up in debt while waiting for them to pay you.

Am so heart broken was dismissed and n April today it’s July no call from momentum nothing when I call they agents change line people who got dismissed after me got their money I wouldn’t recommend this insurance

I have a complaint against the Funds at Work. When I resigned from my previous employment at the end of January this year, 2025., I app**** for a total cash-out of my provident fund. When this application was processed, I was requested to submit my divorce decree in February, which I did. I have been making enquiries about this payment, but to no avail. As a client, I was never given specific updates right from the start. The only reason given at one point was simply that the matter is still with the legal Department of the Company. But until when? Surely this is not sufficient information. I am requesting your assistance in this matter because I am in urgent need of the payment. I cannot afford to wait for many more months to get this resolved once and for all. I am extremely frustrated and incensed at how my matter has been handled. This is unacceptable. Please help[.

I actually dont know where to begin but I am horrified with the experience I have had to go through to get my funds paid out. From the 1st March till now and I am still waiting. Reporting on Hello Peter as well as Google Reviews I have still not received my monies owing. What more must I person do to get answers?

I was an employee of Momentum for 2years 8months, i resigned and app**** for a pension fund claim on the 14th of March 2025 , and was advised the TAT is 26 working days, however 26 days passed and i did not received any communication from the fund nor any payment. I sent an email on the 24th of April to do a follow up and was advised i will get a response within 2 working days , still no feedback was received.So i decided to call them and to my surprise my claim was closed because HR advised the fund that i was rehired on the 2nd of April ,which is not true,and again the fund didnt bother sending me the communication about the closure of the claim, the claim was closed without my knowledge and the fund didnt bother to notify me. I had commitments that i couldnt honor due to their incompetence and the lies from the company's HR. I WANT MY MONEY OR ELSE I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN 😡😡😡
