after my resignation at the company i workrf for i started my new employment. My pensioen fund then needed to be transfered too the new company to manage my pension fund.So with al the paper work om hand and sorted only documents outstanding was forms that needef to by sign and send back to the previous pension company. Just to gind out that the still wating on the documentation s that was suppose to by sign 2 weeks a go. So i went to this new company mydelf and was net with a really bad atitudr telling me that i think i know her job bettet then her self. So after explaing the situation again she finaly went on her computer and find that she did receive the email and attaced documentation s already 2 weeks ago and though ag it is a new applivtion so this can wait. Releasing yesterday her mistake and a sorry. I then recieved a phone call this morning stating the documents was send only this morning. A day before closing for holiday where i could have ha my funds but now have to wait till January becausr of 1 ,person not properly reading her emails and not responding. This make me rething about using the company raking care of my pension fund and futer problemd
I resigned at the end of October 2025. I submitted all my documents to momentum for my pension fund. After more then I month I heared nothing back. I call them and they sent me an email and said I need to get then new pesion fund company's email and contract details which I did and sent it back to momentum. Yet again I had to call momentum for feedback where they said they can't asisst me without a reference number , I try to explain that I did not receive a reference number but they refused to help me. I called again where they then said they are busy with my application and payment will be made with in 14 days. 7 days ago I received an email from momentum where they said they sent documents to the new pension fund company and that they are waiting on their respons but I should go and see them to push on my side as this will make my payment go faster which I did, the New Pension fund Company informed me that they did sent it back to momentum with no respons from momentum that they received it. This is unaccpteble as this has be going on for 2 months. It is December everyone is closing for the holidays and yet they keep my money from me.
I bought a tv from them to pay of on a monthly installment. They took the Money and inly after said that my husband was not approved and that the money will be refunded. It was been 3 weeks and still nothing. They had send a email on the 10th saying that the refund has been processed and will take 5 tot 7 working days and still no refund. I will never buy anything from them again as they take the money very quikly but then if they need to refund you they take forever to do it. Not very happy with the service I have been receiving
I just want to say Thank you to Neil from Finfix. I wrote a review on Friday the 9th of August. That monday the 12th he called me and sorted out everthing. Thank yoi for the speedy response and for resolving my issue
At the end of July we have payed them and on the 1st of August and debt order went off my account. I called them and they said they will pay back the money as soon as it is in their account. I have called multiple times and evertime they said that they are busy paying it back. It has been a week and still no money has been payed back to me.This is a debt review company and i am under debt review for a reason now they take the last money i have and now i have to struggle to get it back. This is unacceptable
