I resigned at the end of October 2025. I submitted all my documents to momentum for my pension fund. After more then I month I heared nothing back. I call them and they sent me an email and said I need to get then new pesion fund company's email and contract details which I did and sent it back to momentum. Yet again I had to call momentum for feedback where they said they can't asisst me without a reference number , I try to explain that I did not receive a reference number but they refused to help me. I called again where they then said they are busy with my application and payment will be made with in 14 days. 7 days ago I received an email from momentum where they said they sent documents to the new pension fund company and that they are waiting on their respons but I should go and see them to push on my side as this will make my payment go faster which I did, the New Pension fund Company informed me that they did sent it back to momentum with no respons from momentum that they received it. This is unaccpteble as this has be going on for 2 months. It is December everyone is closing for the holidays and yet they keep my money from me.
