If your salary is better ... It's still possible to be removed m not over debted but yet you want me to be with finfix it's great services for other customers not me I want removal please my accounts are arreas nothing is changing I don't want to be with finfix I will keep on writing bad reviews until m out of fin fix please... And Don't think you going to remove post I have evidence

I have a couch under warranty that needs fixing. My furniture shop referred my case to Furnfix, who called in early January to come and fix my couch. The guy (Bellamy) didn't show up or even call. I called their office and told them what happened and they told me that the technician's wife or mother had a medical emergency that needed attention. <br> I understood that these things do happen and we then rescheduled another appointment, which he never showed up! Once again, I had to call and find out what happened and this time I was told his car broke down.<br> Another appointment was made and still the guy didn't show up (3 times in January this happened). I decided I was sick of them and called the furniture shop customer services to tell them I don't want to deal with Furnfix anymore, they need to find another supplier. Not sure what transpired between them but basically Furnfix called again to apologize and send someone else and guess what, till today I am still waiting. <br> I ended up calling the owner Jacques and he is just as bad! If anyone is thinking of using this company, please know you are setting yourself up for disappointment!

I received e-mail marketing from this company that advertise their furniture repair services and decided to give them a try. My old lounge suite was promptly collected and 50% deposit was paid over to them for re-upholstery to be done as per e-mail quotation. It is now 10 weeks later and no sign whatsoever of my suite or my money!!! I have been dealing directly with the CEO Jacques van der Merwe (the biggest scam artist I know) First I was told that the fabric I selected was unavailable, then the sub-contractor disappeared on holiday without notifying him, then the fabric had to be couriered in from Dubai, then the pattern cutter wrote his exams...not to mention more excuses. After numerous contacts, having to circumvent Jacque's screening of my calls from other numbers, I was assured that the contractor returned from holiday and that my suite was stripped and FINALLY my kids would no longer sit on the floor in our TV room...right?? WRONG! I have now finally concluded that this was a well planned online scam to say the least. Let us trust that the criminal justice system will prevail when this con artist answers to the theft charges I laid with the SAPS
