I enlisted Moms UIF Assist to help with my maternity benefits. I had all my forms completed and sent to them in January and in Feb I resent them as I was told that I needed to redo some forms. Till today I am getting no feedback from MOMs UIF instead I keep getting smses from DoL advising that some forms are outstanding. I call Moms UIF every week to enquire about this and I am not getting any joy from them. Frankly, their service I appalling. <br> I just called them now again for a follow up and apparently there's a form I need to re-do...but nobody had the decency to call or email. <br> <br> I used them before in 2012 and was impressed with their service but this time round, I am regretting engaging their services. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. My maternity leave is almost coming to an end and still no income. <br> <br> I will not be referring Moms UIF assist to anyone else as I feel that they have dropped the ball.<br> <br>
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Renew-IT team in Edenvale. I was involved in a car accident and whilst it took too long for my insurance to approve my claim, Renew-It managed to fix my car and get it back to me sooner than I had anticipated. <br> The service was great and my agent, Palesa was really just awesome. I have a couch under warranty that needs fixing. My furniture shop referred my case to Furnfix, who called in early January to come and fix my couch. The guy (Bellamy) didn't show up or even call. I called their office and told them what happened and they told me that the technician's wife or mother had a medical emergency that needed attention. <br> I understood that these things do happen and we then rescheduled another appointment, which he never showed up! Once again, I had to call and find out what happened and this time I was told his car broke down.<br> Another appointment was made and still the guy didn't show up (3 times in January this happened). I decided I was sick of them and called the furniture shop customer services to tell them I don't want to deal with Furnfix anymore, they need to find another supplier. Not sure what transpired between them but basically Furnfix called again to apologize and send someone else and guess what, till today I am still waiting. <br> I ended up calling the owner Jacques and he is just as bad! If anyone is thinking of using this company, please know you are setting yourself up for disappointment!
