I have ordered a bed and couch in November 2020 to this day i have not received my order and they claim to have 4 to 6 weeks lead time. I paid 50% deposit for the couch and about 85% for the bed. I tried numerous times to contact the business via emails , whatsapp , phone calls all in vain. They eventually delivered the bed which was the wrong size , colour and design. When i told them that this is not the bed i ordered i was told that i will be given 10% discount to keep the bed but my concern was i ordered a Queen Bed they delivered King so it means i have to buy new mattress and new bed lined for the bed that i did not order. I am beyond frustrated with Furniture Artisans and i have concluded that they have given me no choice but to take the matter to the legal team and they think i am bluffing.
I requested to speak to the CEO and somebody named Smart sent me an email telling me that their factory caught fire and there is a delay on orders his email address has no signature , no phone number nothing , seriously why was i not told that their factory caught fire before i demanded the furniture that i ordered. They have zero customer service , zero communication skills and definitely zero customer care. They don't value you as a customer once they receive your money they forget about you. This whole ordeal has caused a wedge between my husband and I because when he discouraged me and told me that Furniture Artisan is a scam i convinced him to give them a chance.
All i want is my money back so that i can go buy at a furniture store where they care about servicing their clients. They are no longer taking my calls , responding to Emails or Whatsapp messages. My lawyer must just deal with this whole drama i no longer have energy to fight for what i paid for.
I told my mom about Furniture Artisan and she was ready to order from them once she sees our bed and couch , i was also going to order more items i am glad i didn't. I will never recommend anyone to buy even a tea s**** from Furniture Artisan unless if you are willing to fight for what you paid for. It is such a disgrace for a company that it is supposed to be giving their clients quality furniture but you must beg them to just give you an update on your order.
