Furniture Artisans has still not delivered the bed I had purchased and neither have they reimbursed me my money that I had paid. It has been over 6 months now. Still total silence from the Managing Director, Rodrick Smart Ndlovu. I contracted COVID in January, was extremely ill and had to sleep on the floor as sick as was with me not having a bed. I have serious back problems as well and not having a proper bed to sleep on is making the situation worse. Rodrick, you and your company should be so ashamed of yourselves for what you have done. You'll are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters and have stolen my money. I am going to open up a case against you and take the matter much further as well. It's absolutely pathetic, especially in times like these to have companies like Furniture Artisans taking advantage of and ripping off consumers.
