This is absolutely the worst courier company!!!!. If there was zero rating, I would give them that. They have my parcel allocated to the wrong address. They then send me a link stating that they cannot locate postal code. I update the link to my correct address which apparently did not update their system. Escalated the matter when they later tell me they can't deliver the parcel & that their system didn't update and pretend as if they assisting me after up and down emails the entire day yesterday and that they have changed my address, Icall today & they still have the incorrect address after me receiving an email from them that the address is changed. Now they say I must contact the supplier. I am actually so horrified with this service. Buffalo, you should actually be shut down!!!! Your service is beyond appalling!!!!
I am absolutely appalled at the terrible service from Ooba. I registered a claim on 6 Jan 2024 for storm damage, an assessor was sent out on 8th Jan 2024 and that was as far as it went. To date nothing has been done & I have had to keep phoning in to find out what is happening. I keep getting repetitive excuses for the delay. After escalating the matter, I received one phone call of apology with a further excuse. Matter is still not resolved. Each time one phones in you get an apology which I am actually tired of because that's all it is, an apology and no subsequent action. This highly frustrating!!!!
Jan from Volta Electrical, you are rude, arrogant and absolutely unprofessional.We contacted you as our geyser was no longer working and could not get hold of our insurance. You wanted R1000.00 fee to just come and have a look at what the problem was so I tried to get hold of our insurance again. When we call you back to inform you that we managed to get hold of our insurance, you mumbled some nonsense and threw the phone down which is totally unprofessional and rude. Your company sticker and contact details were on our mains box but I have insured that I ripped that number off the box and threw it in the bin where it belongs and we will ensure that we NEVER ever consider your company again. We should have read the reviews on your company before we contacted you so that we would not have wasted our airtime contacting you. Volta electrical actually deserves a zero rating. Will not recommend this company at all!!!!!
This company is a ****. Do not buy from them. They take your money and do not deliver the items you purchase. I ordered an item at the end of March 2023 which was supposed to be delivered by 6 May 2023 but have not received the item to date. The tracking number they provide does not give any information on the progress of the delivery of the item. Only dates will be reflected but no info. When following up with them, you get a response of apology and them asking you to wait a couple more days. They also promised a 10% fund due to the delay in delivery of which I have not received. Empty promises and no delivery.
Absolutely impressed at how super efficient and reliable The Courier Guy is. Haven't experienced a single problem with them. Well done and keep up the great work!

The staff at both Mr Price Home The Glen & Alberton City are so unhelpful, rude and unfriendly. It is as if they are very unhappy to have jobs. It is so unfortunate to have to walk into a shop and have to deal with such miserable people who seem so annoyed with the fact that there are actually customers coming into the store. I'm not sure if you are ill treating your staff where they are unhappy or what but what ever it is, Mr Price Home, you need to address it. One doesn't even feel like buying again from your stores because of this.
Very happy with the excellent service from Outsurance. My claim was addressed immediately with no hassles or delays and I was kept in the loop on progress throughout the process. Special thanks to advisor Dimpho Majeng, Thandi from assessment and other team members involved in the process. You guys were great!
I'm so impressed with the excellent service and good quality workmanship from Lens Motors. I was assisted immediately and my vehicle was repaired way before the time frame given. Communication was excellent. They were also very honest and transparent. They made me feel very valued as a customer which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Lens Motors.
