Be aware never order from Furniture Basket

I ordered a lounge suite, wingback chair and a ottoman. I was quoted 7999 plus deliver fee of R1500.00. I paid a deposit of R2000.00. I kept on asking for the progress and photos. I was called to onform me they are on the way with the delivery. On receipt of the couches I immediately contacted Wayne to inform him that I am sending the couches back as the quality is very bad and nothing like the photos. He then offered to replace the couches. I ordered a wingback and ottoman everything was paid for. The first week he avoided me. After threatening him he suddenly replied and promised delivery in week 2. On friday as I was expected the couches, he had another excuse. Again threatening him he promised to deliver on Friday. He shared photos of a couch but it was not what I ordered. No wingback or ottoman. I have canceled the order. He now responded he will pay me back in 21 days. He is a smooth talk.
