Recently, I encountered a troubling situation involving a woman named Vanessa, who is actively selling couches on TikTok. However, despite receiving payment, they fail to deliver the products to customers.

I made my payment on March 25th, and as of today, I have still not received my couch. There has been a complete lack of communication from the company, and my follow-up inquiries have been ignored. Additionally, the staff has demonstrated rudeness and a lack of professionalism in our interactions.

What is particularly alarming is that Vanessa continues to sell sofas on TikTok and Instagram, yet she does not provide any estimated delivery times for her customers—leaving many of us in the dark.
