The Reef branch does not check appliances before delivery. Last time I bought a fan, and was not working. I had to run around looking for Checkers Hype to get a return. Today I ordered a kettle that is delivered without a cap. I am told to return it. However, I am currently not in a state of catching a taxi, and I explained to the agency that it is impossible. She keeps insisting that there's nothing they can do about that. If I were able to go to the store, I wouldn't have ordered online.

However, despite receiving payment, they fail to deliver the products to customers. I made my payment on March 25th, and as of today, I have still not received my couch. There has been a complete lack of communication from the company, and my follow-up inquiries have been ignored. Additionally, the staff has demonstrated rudeness and a lack of professionalism in our interactions. What is particularly alarming is that Vanessa continues to sell sofas on TikTok and Instagram, yet she does not provide any estimated delivery times for her customers—leaving many of us in the dark. ORDER NUMBER O861512468 I've been struggling to get a refund from Woolworths online cancelled order, I cancelled to correct former address it was captured and re ordered same items. I have to call every week to enquiry about refund without luck. Every time I call am advised it's been escalated. I consulted Capitec and was advised to bring proof of authorization and will be assisted within 2 hours for refund. However, Woolworths do not want to share authorization and telling be about 21 days. It's been a month now following up with same issue.
After calling me non stop. Capfin decided to deduct my installment money today where as I finished paying last month of August. When I check statement it shows that they will still deduct next month.. Last time I spoke with an agent.. We agreed that they will deduct arrears of 1 hundred and something
I have been trying to remove(from credit score) my Personal loan with FNB since beginning of the year. Every time I sent an email they request a settlement letter and statement. I lost count of how many times I have sent it through. When I follow up same request applies over again. This is blocking me on most of the things like getting a car as it always reflects on my credit score.
