I walked into your dealership ready to buy a car, but I left with nothing but disappointment and frustration. I spent time on the showroom floor, looking at vehicles, expecting even the bare minimum of customer service—but not a single salesperson acknowledged me or offered assistance. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism is, frankly, appalling.
As a customer prepared to make a serious investment, I shouldn’t have to go searching for someone to do their job. Hatfield Suzuki Fourways, if this is how you treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine the kind of after-sales support you offer.
