Very slow & poor customer service. Paid R4800 for a service but charging me over R5000 just to replace 1 heater pipe. When I asked via email for someone/manager to contact me back and explain/advise, Im ignored. Based on their reviews on Hello Peter I would also not recommend them.
Update: Soon after writing this review I received a call from numerous managers, and a more feasible price was agreed upon. Today I took my vehicle in to get the heater-pipe replaced, and guess what...A second pipe has now been found leaking, so bad that the car is not drivable and needs to be towed back to my house. Yet I did over 300km in the last 2 days with the current water leak. This is totally madness. I urge people to not use Fury Ford Toti, they seem to find more issues costing you more money, and that's how they play the game. I will take this to all social media platforms and warn people about them. Caring about their customers is 0/5 stars, they just want your money, be warned. Now I have to pay the extra 2k but sit without a vehicle, Danica Branders is absolutely the worst customer consultant ever.
