Very slow & poor customer service. Paid R4800 for a service but charging me over R5000 just to replace 1 heater pipe. When I asked via email for someone/manager to contact me back and explain/advise, Im ignored. Based on their reviews on Hello Peter I would also not recommend them. Update: Soon after writing this review I received a call from numerous managers, and a more feasible price was agreed upon. Today I took my vehicle in to get the heater-pipe replaced, and guess what...A second pipe has now been found leaking, so bad that the car is not drivable and needs to be towed back to my house. Yet I did over 300km in the last 2 days with the current water leak. This is totally madness. I urge people to not use Fury Ford Toti, they seem to find more issues costing you more money, and that's how they play the game. I will take this to all social media platforms and warn people about them. Caring about their customers is 0/5 stars, they just want your money, be warned. Now I have to pay the extra 2k but sit without a vehicle, Danica Branders is absolutely the worst customer consultant ever.

I paid for Digitizing of my logo, 14 garments took almost a month to just do 1 small logo. Magz Embroidery always came up with excuses, with the new year I decided to swop embroiders and Margaret ( Magz) now refuses to hand over my digitized copy. She is a scam and can not deliver. Think twice before using her services.
Fat Fibre also trading as Fat Fibre or DB & Son, sucker workers into doing the work but fail to pay them for work completed. Myself and many other staff downed tools and walked out after not receiving a salary for two months, aparently this has has been an ongoing story with other staff as well over the years. Always finding excuses not to pay salaries. Looking into taking legal action now. The owner & his wife pretend to be a holy people should practise what they preach.
This company will look for any excuse not to pay you out, never once considering the loyalty of a customer throughout the years, also very quick to just advise to cancel the policy.

We have Starsat installed at my residence as well as at my mother in laws house(they pensioners aged 65years) We pay via debit order for the service at 2 premises. Our premiums are paid and up to date. They were advised to take the TopTV decorder and pay R99 at House and Home and exchange for a HD decorder. They did that.My inlaws for the past 3 months have been experiencing no signal error and not subscribed to channels which they used to have access to on the package we have for them. They were receiving signal fine and access to all the relevant channels on their package , however after the new decorder they have been receiving the problem. They have contacted starsat only to be told that they will get an sms with the installers details.They are old and had to hold on and called thrice and was told the same. My wife did receive an sms with an installers name on monday only to be told he is a private person and it costs R350 for him to come out. She then contacted starsat on monday -19/10 spoke to lebo - ref 550457585. Out of the 20 min conversation he advised they cannot help.She requested to speak to the manager , Lebo advised he will call and to date no calls or resolution
