Poor service - empty promises
poor customer management and virtually almost no after-sales support - if you encounter any issue on your installation, they promise to come resolve the issue and nothing happens. Stay away from them

Bad service and workmanship, instalation incomplete and no COC
GA solar, shame on you to deny your bad services to me, remember Frans Vorster, the person whom phone your company on numerous times, send you e mail numerous times, every time a story you will send someone to do your rectifications on bad workmanship and to provide the COC as stated on your invoice to me, please public take note when choosing a solar provider, don't use GA SOLAR from Kraalbessie avenue, Weltenvredenpark, Roodepoort, 0107450050(info@gasolar.co.za) 0107450050 Stay save and be warned

Bad incomplete service!!!!
Public be careful doing business with GA solar, allocated in weltevreden Park, they install my solar panels, six weeks pass and no COC received, send a electrisian and he stated wiring to be covered in tubes, dB board need fitting were cabling enter, and covers at open spaces at dB board, this request never took place, every time stated on e mail reply and telephone calls, they will send someone, this new 6 weeks passes, still no COC or installation corrections.stated on quote to install earth rod and cable, on request stated sorry quote is incorrect, but received payment in full for services stated on quote, really bad workmanship and don't care attitude don't use them!!!!!

Subcontractors are used and there is no communication between the company and the subcontractors. Unreliable and unprofessional. I was told that we the installers would come on Wednesday. Then first thing on Thursday. Arrived late morning without all the equipment. Promised to be there Friday and Saturday. Still no installer and inverter is not connected. Terrible service

Yes, their admin isn't great, but were very willing to help.
I bought a defective product from them and emailed them with no response. I phoned them and they said I am welcome to bring the unit in. They understood the predicament I found myself having to have systems up during load shedding and quickly came with a solution. Yes, their admin isn't great, but were very willing to help.
