Placed order at 11:52, called by 13:06 to complain, by 13:32 received a call back to explain system doesn't receive orders. In the mean time I need to wait 90 minutes during a 60 minute lunchtime to receive my order. Unacceptable service!! 0.5 out of 10
Collected my goods in perfect condition, with fragile sticker and bubblewrap, and still manages to deliver to me with more than 60% of my newly purchased items BROKEN.... Well done, the right way of doing things if you plan on going broke!!

Since 25 April 2022 until now still waiting for my refund on payment made and choosing not to use service. I spoke to Renee multiple times; explaining why I can't make use of their service, and following up on the refund requested and was told that NOW I have to pay a cancellation fee which was not even discussed telephonically during the consultation session. One of their financial consultants contacted me afterwards explaining the refund procedure after I said I don't want a credit balance for other products, and said I would be paid within a week. Your service is absolutely terrible and I would NOT recommend any of my fellow business associates to you as a result.

Since 2020 we have constantly been struggling with network issues, paying for a 8mbps network, not even getting 2mbps. I vote Vodacom as the worst NETWORK provider in Groblersdal Limpopo region. My wife uses MTN, not having half the problems I experience with VODACOM.
<p>No simplicity at Capitec bank Groblersdal in Van Riebeeck street! 2 Weeks ago I had R6000 cash to deposit with a queue of 30 plus wanting to withdraw salaries at month end, was told by consultant at queue machine inside bank that they can't assist me inside as I have to deposit outside only.</p> <p>Today (12/8) wanted to deposit R20'000 cash,;was told again to go outside as the inside tellers are offline (while customers are helped at those very same tellers).</p> <p>Sorry Capitec, I will move and deposit my business elsewhere from now on.</p>
<p>Wanted to deposit R6000 cash and was told by the consultant that they only take coin deposits inside bank, I should go outside to deposit at the atm where there is a long queue of clients who want to make a withdrawel.</p>
<p>In March 2016 I cancelled my debit order because Vodacom don't know when the 1st day of the month is and then deduct on other days when there is no funds available. Since then I've been paying via eft or cash every month.</p> <p>This morning I woke up to find that without my authority or knowledge they tried to debit my account on the 3rd of October with the amount of R969, once again not on the 1st!?!?!?! Causing my account to reflect a debit order return and bank charges of R100. Is this even legal? Can they proof who authorised this and what is the legal implications for debiting an account without priot knowledge or authority of the account holder?</p> <p>Can we involve the Ombudsman?</p>
